How to place an Order

Customer can place their order via email to shaeryscake@gmail.com or msg inbox in fb. Please place your order 1 week in advance. In order to have a smooth ordering process, please provide the following details.

1. Cake flavour : (Choc moist cake, butter cake, cheese cake , red velvet cake, etc..)

2. Cake Size : (8, 9, 10 inch etc...round or square)

3. Cake Design : (Describe your design or attach a sample)

4. Pick up Date/Time :

5. Message on cake : (For edible image, pls email the photo image with message)

7. Contact name and no. :

*Our cakes are sold based on the size and designs, not by Kg.

Mode of Payment

After we receive your email order, we will reply you with our confirmation order with the total amount to be charged that include the cake and delivery charges (if any). Deposit of 50% must be made upon order confirmation. Payment can be made via online banking to the following account.

Cancellation

If there is any cancellation order, please let us know at least 1 (one) day before or deposit will not be refund.

Pick up Point/Delivery

No charges apply if self collection. Our Pick up point is at:

1) Bandar Bukit Puchong 2 or

2) Putrajaya-office hours only.

Delivery charges range from RM10- RM50 based on location (Klang Valley only).
